same Day - Shipping (except payment in advance)

  • Orders placed Monday to Friday before 14:00 will be dispatched on the same day

  • Orders placed Monday to Thursday after 14:00 will be dispatched the next day

  • Orders placed on Friday after 14:00 and at the weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday


The countdown (same day dispatch) shows you on all pages in the webshop the remaining time in which your order will be dispatched on the same day. Prerequisite: no other delivery time is specified in the article.


If you have opted for the "Prepayment" payment method, we will dispatch your order immediately after receipt of payment.

Shipping times on public holidays - please note the statutory Bavarian public holidays.

Parcel shipping

  • Delivery time: delivery usually takes place within 1 - 2 working days
  • Shipping is carried out by DPD
  • Deliveries to packing stations are not possible

pallet despatch

  • Delivery time: delivery usually takes place within 2 - 3 working days
  • Pallets are dispatched by a forwarding agent. Delivery takes place during the usual delivery times (Mon - Fri except public holidays), free kerbside
  • Attention: Euro pallets that are not exchanged must be invoiced at the current daily price

  • Below a net order value of € 50, - we charge a flat rate of € 5, - net per order

Credit check
If we make advance payments, e.g. when paying on account, you authorise us to pass on your data to Tesch mediafinanz GmbH, Weiße Breite 5, 49084 Osnabrück for the purpose of a credit check based on mathematical-statistical procedures. We reserve the right to request payment in advance as a result of the credit check. In this case, the customer will be informed immediately by telephone or email.
